If a panel is damaged or faulty - DO NOT ASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT. We will do our very best to supply you with a replacement panel as soon as possible.
Please contact the Harvey Norman store from where you have purchased the Tvilum-Scanbirk product. The store is required to fill out a service report which will be faxed or emailed to us.
Some panels can be sent directly to your address - however larger panels will be delivered to the Harvey Norman store you purchased your product from.
